Manny Cuevas is an innovative and results-driven leader who is passionate about the value Marketing Supply Chain Services provides to Almaden clients. His positive and supportive attitude are foundational to successful client relations and employee engagement.
Sohab Mushtaq is a Sloan Fellow with a Masters in Leadership and Strategy from London Business School. She is a performance-driven leader with demonstrated expertise in Finance, Accounting, Strategy, and Enterprise Risk Management.
Vice President, Operations
Almos Adorjan is a trained craftsman in the “art of printing.” His rich experience in all aspects of printing has helped create a team of experts at Almaden. He enjoys spending time with his grandkids, as well as playing basketball, hiking, and biking.
Director, Human Resources
Debbie Jensen is passionate about people, helping them achieve their goals, and assisting in the overall growth of Almaden. She has built a strong HR and Benefits department here, as well as an awesome “fun squad.” She enjoys spending time with her children and grandchildren.
Sr. Director, Enterprise Accounts
Jack Greene is a proven sales professional whose leadership here has had a positive impact on company growth over the years. His knowledge and experience in Marketing Supply Chain Services has been instrumental in the success of Almaden’s corporate clients.
Director, Online Operations
Zach Abad is a graduate of Cal Poly Graphic Communications Program with 20+ years experience in Marketing Supply Chain Services. His varied background in design, pre-press, print, production, and storefront implementation provides a unique and passionate perspective when assisting clients. He is a devoted dad, coach, and ATM for his 3 children.
Director, Promotional Products Group
Kara Daines is a University of the Pacific grad with a double major in Business Marketing and Entrepreneurship. Her education aligns with her Promotional Products work, securing and maintaining Almaden enterprise accounts. A devoted mom of two boys and Bailey, the labradoodle, she loves playing volleyball and cheering on the Pittsburgh Penguins and Steelers.
General Manager, North Bay
Nicholas Ammar is Vice President of Almaden, North Bay. He has been around printing for as long as he can remember. He is known for these guiding principles: integrity, clear communication, and excellence. In his time away from work, he enjoys his family that includes two children and two dachshund mutts.
Vice President, Sales-North Bay
Bryan Neill is a Rollins College and Tabor Academy Alum with over 30 years of print industry experience, focused on sales and sales management. His extensive print and mail techniques expertise have made him an invaluable asset for our team. He enjoys spending time with his wife and two children.
Director, Client Marketing
Tina Lally has 20+ years of integrated marketing expertise, demand gen, brand building, events, account management, and sales enablement. Her work in tech and marketing to manufacturing help define Almaden’s Marketing Supply Chain Services through implementing campaigns and programs for enterprise clients.
Director, IT Services
Brian Shippam is the Director of IT Services for Almaden. He is a Sonoma County native with over 25 years in the printing & mailing industry. You might catch him at a local farmer’s market or online chopping virtual trees.
Director, Large Format
Jason Calvillo has been with Almaden for 24 years. He has extensive experience in event and sports marketing, working for 20+ years with Bay Area sports teams to fulfill Large Format print needs. He stays fit by mountain biking, rock climbing, and strolling around the golf course. He enjoys being a husband, father to his son, and dog-dad to Finley & Rani.
Onboarding Specialist and Strategy
Gale Snyder is an Onboarding Specialist working closely with Almaden clients to create online portals to ease the Marketing Supply Chain process. An excellent listener, she is an extension of each client team, making sure needs are met for success. Most important: spending time with her family, that includes two sons, two grandsons, plus her Lab-Retriever Lovie and Grand Golden Abby.
Manager, Direct Mail Services
Vivian has 20+ years of Data Analyst experience in interpreting, analyzing, and developing data to drive success for business. Her knowledge of relational database programming and analytics combined with her understanding of business ops, as well as analytic tools allows effective analysis of data and its use for list compilation and research studies.
Manager, Fulfillment Services-MSCS
Chad Jensen was given his first opportunity at Almaden working part-time in assembly. Over the years, he has been given additional opportunities and worked his way up. He now oversees all warehouse operations. Chad is a big sports fan, the Raiders, Sharks, and Warriors are his teams. He enjoys traveling to away games at arenas and stadiums.
Manager, Customer Success-MSCS
Aida Buljubasic is the Senior Project Manager in Distribution Services. Her experience in Agile Project Management is instrumental in the successful execution of client marketing campaigns. She has an established understanding of the value of documentation when it comes to improving each client’s experience.
