Almaden is pleased to announce the well-deserved promotion of Aida Buljubasic

Since 2018, Aida has been been an instrumental member of the Marketing Supply Chain Services team at Almaden. Aida excelled at handling our best customers and has been promoted to Manager of Customer Success – MSCS.

Aida Buljubasic is head of Customer SuccessAida shares, “When I started at Almaden, I thought it would just be another job and a chance to move from the automotive and manufacturing business that I’ve known since college. Little did I know this would turn into a dream job, where hard work is valued, input is encouraged, and management support is always there. I am so fortunate to work with some of the smartest and kindest people, both as part of my amazing MSCS team as well as other teams, we really do have a lot of SMEs at Almaden.”

Ms. Buljubasic’s new role will include managing enterprise customer portals, inventory and logistics, as well as maintaining and implementing strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and user experience (UX). She will collaborate with with cross-functional teams to ensure the delivery of a seamless and seamless UX. Compliance with customer business rules will also fall under her purview.

Through her work and leadership, she is ultimately responsible for the consistent review of MSCS metrics and achievement of goals.
