Graton Resort & Casino at Levi’s

Silicone Edge Graphics (SEG) Elevate stadium environments with seamless, vibrant graphics that captivate audiences and showcase your brand’s bold presence.

In November 2024, the San Francisco 49ers approached Almaden to produce custom signage for their partner, Graton Resort & Casino. The goal was to deliver bold large format signage inside Levi’s® Stadium.

The Challenge

Seamless alignment of oversized graphics around complex corners. Coordination between design and production to accommodate for frame orientation. Custom framing systems to mount signage above rows of stadium TVs.

The Almaden Solution

Almaden installed a series of custom Silicone Edge Graphics(SEGs), tailored specifically to the stadium environment and designed to span seamlessly over all surfaces.

Materials & Production

Two intersecting SEGs spanning two intersecting walls, each measuring 346″ wide. 10 Custom SEG panels each measuring 251″ wide, suspended above a row of TV screens. Custom aluminum extrusions specially manufactured to mount the SEGs above the screens.

Installation Process

Aluminum extrusions were mounted first, followed by SEG fabric graphics. Due to the sheer size, each SEG required a 2-person install team to ensure safe and smooth handling.

Graphics were printed using dye-sublimation for high-resolution photo quality and long-term durability. All installations were performed on-site by the Almaden team.

Ahead of the 2025–26 football season, the 49ers returned to Almaden to update Graton’s stadium signage with refreshed artwork. Building on the success of the original installation, Almaden replaced all existing SEGs using new artwork provided by Graton Resort & Casino. The updated graphics were installed using the existing aluminum extrusions and custom mounting brackets. Artwork templates were carefully adjusted to ensure proper alignment across intersecting walls, an improvement from the original install.
